Hello there! I’m Shanice, a passionate photographer hailing from the picturesque Four Corners area. My journey into photography began in 2013, prompted by a significant personal loss that made me realize the importance of pursuing our deepest desires. Life is too short to hold back, and photography quickly became my creative outlet.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a proud parent to a sassy mini-me, a 10-year-old whom I’m determined to nurture into independence and creativity. Coffee, books, sunflower seeds, and chocolate are my guilty pleasures.

You could call me a DIY enthusiast – a YouTube home improver, to be exact. As risky as it may sound, I’ve found that I can tackle most challenges by watching online videos. Alongside photography, I indulge in various other hobbies, each contributing to the colorful tapestry of my life.

In my professional life, I also serve as the public information officer for our esteemed Farmington Police Department. Striking a healthy balance between all my passions is something I prioritize, as I believe it enriches the experience I offer as a photographer.
